The River Clyde is about 500m walk from my flat. A few tourist sites are located here. This is the Glasgow Tower. It is the only buiding in the world that is able to turn 360 degrees in order to reduce wind resistance. Alas, it is infamous for its safety and engineering problems..so I've never been up there.

Went to Edinburgh to accompany a friend for a very important business. While waiting for her, I went inside the Royal Museum, which housed many wonderful exhibits of all sort. Proud to see Hajji Noor Deen's works displayed there. Man, he must be more famous than I think he is.

Baba's Heritage

My dad grows all sorts of plants. If I were to name them all, there would be more than 30 types of plants and trees (e.g. chilli, lime, lemon, lemongrass, tomato, sweet potato, tapioca, papaya, pineapple, banana, ciku, pulasan, rambutan, jackfruit, ladyfingers, ulam raja, kacang botor, brinjal, kacang panjang, passion fruit, keladi, durian, coconut, corn, dragon fruit, etc, etc.) have bloomed out of the originally infertile ground. Dad also raises chickens and goats. I don't know where he gets his physical strength from..even my brothers couldn't do as much digging and ploughing as dad could.
Thanks dad..for without you we wouldn't know how many kinds of fruit trees, vege and herb plants look like.

It was a big hill that we climbed, walking on wet grounds most of the time. Funny..water was seeping out from everywhere, encouraging the growth of seaweed-like plants. The aim was to reach the Whangie, a geological fault, and to enjoy the breathtaking views along the way!
